Foundry Process and Chemical Research Laboratory
Our laboratories are process-oriented and operate continuously to meet the real-time requirements of chemical process development and production.
In our laboratory, we study graphite morphology and metal matrix behavior to ensure proper carbon balance and casting quality. Our sand laboratory evaluates high-temperature materials, green-sand properties, tensile and compression strength, and transverse loading.
We also conduct sand characterization, coating performance, and additive analysis to support continuous improvement in foundry processes for ferrous applications.
